Rates: One night - $95, two or more nights - $85. Rates are for single or double   occupancy  Extra person  $25.00/night.  Llimit of three adults in the room or two    adults and two children.                                                                                          Upcoming family reunion?  Why not rent the house for only $500.00 a night, this includes breakfast.

Reservations and Deposits: Reservations will be held for no more than 10 days pending receipt of a deposit equal to 50% of the total bill. Travelers' checks, personal checks or cash will be accepted.

Cancellation and Refunds: If cancellation is necessary please give us a minimum of 14 days before you are scheduled to arrive so that we may have an opportunity to rerent the room. A less than 14 day notice is given, a charge for the entire stay may be charged if we are unable to rerent the room.

Check-in Time: Guests may check in between 3:00 and 6:00 PM. We highly recommend that you plan to arrive before dark if this is your first visit. Prior arrangements may be made for early or late arrivals.

Checkout Time:  11:00 AM, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Children: Unsupervised children will be given an untrained puppy at time of departure.

Restrictions:  Sorry y'all no spittoons in the rooms but feel free to hang out on one of the porches. Our rooms are smoke free for your safety and the consideration of others.
